【記者張健台北報導】內政部長陳威仁12日說，很多網友到民主進步黨總統參選人蔡英文臉書「表達意見」，不是治安事件，警方不會進一步處理。

立法院內政委員會上午審查內政部及所屬單位預算案，邀請陳威仁、警政署長陳國恩、刑事局長劉柏良列席；陳威仁會前接受聯訪時，做以上表示。

蔡英文臉書11日凌晨突然湧入大量批評留言，陳威仁11日在立法院受訪說，刑事警察局已主動與蔡英文競選總部聯繫，偵辦以後才會知道攻擊來自何方。

陳威仁12日上午受訪時強調，針對蔡英文臉書遭攻擊是「一時誤解」，不是網路攻擊事件，有網友到蔡英文臉書「表達意見」，不是治安事件，警方不會進一步處理；臉書是公開資訊交流平台，像是藝人設臉書、網站，都希望民眾留言，只是到臉書表達各種不同意見。

媒體詢問，是否被外界罵了才改變作法？陳威仁說，不是這樣，因臉書是公開交流平台，各種不同聲音都有可能呈現。2015/11/12
